Quick break in and firm enough to catch pitchers throwing 60-70. Cannot recommend this enough.

Catchers Mit

Great glove, already broken in, my teenage son was able to use it with a little glove oil and some breaking in, but not much. Great pocket and looks nice.

Dick's Got Me Again

Be very careful. The glove you get, isn't the one in the picture!? (Look at the dual-color-wheel BENEATH the pic!) Good glove, but it's not the one shown in the picture (blonde/dark blue/brown laces/finger-pad). Order TWICE (i.e. two times) and both gloves that arrived were the blonde & black. So, don't let the picture fool you as it did me......two times!

Trash

Pure trash. 1 week into practice laces around the web started to fray, by week 2 the entire laces ripped apart. Guess I should have bought the $20 replacement plan because you cant return it.

Leather Strings Defective

had to purchase this glove twice as the leather string that holds the pocket together broke, twice. oiled both gloves and the first glove broke within a month and the second glove didn't last 2 weeks. went back to rawlings

Not What I Had Hoped

Was excited to get the mitt, It looks great but I had to return it as there was a stitch in the index finger that hurt my finger by constantly rubbing every time I went to close the glove.

Mitt is very stiff and the leather is more of a plastic feel. I am concerned with the breakin period. There is also a seem for the finger of the glove that runs along my finger that is very uncomfortable when I close the mitt. not a good place for a seam.

So Far On The Fence

Play catcher in mens league.out of the box from the warehouse, on initial fit, my ring finger is getting numb inside the mitt. I am sure it should work in but we shall see., the mitt is very stiff.. going to take some time to break in. fingers crossed.
