I caught in high school and in the marines and this is by far the best mitt i have ever used. It is replacing my current #1 which is a great mitt, the wilson M2, but the ball always ends right in the pocket in the All-Star.

Great Glove!

I bought this glove based on reputation alone. This glove is routinely rated as the best catcher's mitt available in the market and it's widely used by MLB players. The glove is indeed a great glove but the only thing that bothers me is the thumb stall. Other high end gloves have a much more comfortable feel on the thumb. The product image on Dick's Sporting Goods website should also be updated since the gold stamping on the inside of the glove isn't there. It's just normal indented stamping with no gold. Still a fantastic glove and it looks great. It'll take forever to break in but I actually enjoy the break-in process.
