Daughter Loves This Set

My 15 year old daughter loves this set. She prefers this set over her previous one for many reasons. The helmet is narrow which fits her head better and she has an improved field of vision. The legs fit higher above her knee which she likes plus the straps are more comfortable for her. Overall it was a good purchase. I am hoping this set will last through High School.

Maximum Protection

Bought this for my daughter as she wanted to move to All-Star as it provided a lot more protection than her old set. Notably, the chest protector is thicker/denser and the leg guards extend over the knees. Great product.

Extremely Disappointed – Received Returned/used Equipment

The gear itself would be great—if I had actually received it in new condition. As soon as I opened the box, it was obvious this had been a return. The helmet padding was dirty, unwrapped, and missing its tag. The leg guards were shoved into torn packaging, also missing tags. This is completely unacceptable. For such a n expensive item, I expected better quality control. Instead, I received used gear or at the very least a returned item, that should never have passed inspection—if it was inspected at all. Now I’m stuck dealing with the inconvenience of a return and waiting even longer for a proper replacement. Frankly, I’m frustrated and disappointed. How does something in this condition even get shipped to a paying customer?
