I ordered these to replace my original purchase of Tree Flyer’s from January of 2023. In January of 2023, I purchased two pairs of sneakers for a trip to Disney. The Allbirds were simply amazing. I could not believe how comfortable they were day after day. I switched out one day for the new On’s and went back to the Allbirds the next day because they were more a lot more comfortable. They quickly became my go to sneakers! They were looking a little ragged, the tops (toe box) were pilling, and the white on the midsoles was very worn and peeling. I did not think twice and ordered these for another trip to Disney in November 2023. I could not believe the difference between the two pairs of sneakers. The Tree Flyer 1 was nowhere near as comfortable at the end of the day. The arch support and padding were not as good. They left me very disappointed. I went back to the originals for a subsequent trip and while they looked worn, the support they provided was still top notch and better than the new pair. In short, if you have a choice, I would go with the originals.
