I bought this vest with the assumption that it would cool for at least an hour or so, based on the description it's supposed to cool for 2 hours. Not the case at all. It felt great when I first put it on, but 20 minutes later it was the same temperature as my body, and the plastic vest then starts to increase your body temperature as it insulates you instead of cooling you. This would be good for maybe post workout or something like that, but other than that it is not for someone that needs to stay cool for an extended time. The construction is also not the greatest.
