I was looking for a solution to keep my youth athlete cool during the unusual summer heat (90+ degrees). We froze these overnight in a chest freezer which was kept at temp per the directions. When we got to the fields, the vest completely thawed within 5 minutes. Our cooling towels stayed colder than this vest. Our search for a good solution between games continues.
