Good. Light. Roomy In Toe Box.

Excellent Shoes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Paradigm 7 purchased 6-weeks ago. This is my first pain of Altra's but won't be my last. I used to run 30-40 miles a week, however, because of spinal issues I'm relegated to walking. For reference, I walked 40 miles in the past week and love it just like I did running. I've always had a problem with the pointy toes on most running shoes pressing on my outside toes. The P7's give me a more squared off toe box and plenty of room. I've also had issues with my heel tearing the sock liner out of my shoes. I look for shoes with less padding in the heels. I've got about 250 miles on them and so far the P7's are holding up great.
