Running And Gym

I've been using this shoe for the last few weeks mostly as a gym shoe (HIIT, cardio, etc) but have also run and walked in them a little bit. It seems to perform well for these different movement types. The wide toe box leading back to the snug heel works well for my foot.

Altra Shoes Were Great

I was walking around Boston and had blisters , went to Dicks to get new shoes! Found these and they were so comfortable, I didn’t even feel the blisters! There was a long delay to get shoes to try on though, so that was the only negative

Nice Upgrade From The Original Experience Flow

Bought these for Chicago Marathon training. Have been running in the original Experience Flow and these, so far, are great. I like the updated lacing system. Good cushion, good toe box room. If you like the original you will like these as well.

Super Light Running Shoe

This is the lightest shoe I have ever worn. Super comfy and the 4mm drop is the best!! If you have thought about trying an Altra but thought they looked funny with the no drop - this will change your mind. This is more narrow but wide enough for your toes to spread out!
