Excellent Shoes For Hiking The Colorado Trail
I bought for backpacking on the CT. I just finished a few segments, but was backpacking for four days. No hot spots or blisters, just comfort and grip. Laces stay tied without double-knots, I had ample toe room, and they were comfy all day on the trail. They gripped rocks and did well in the mud and on roots. I could not have been happier.

Bought For The Trails, But Love Them So I Wear Them Everyday
Loving this pair for day-to-day use, especially as I am on my feet most of the day. I can transition straight to the gym for a long run and it's seamless with these shoes. Love the zero drop and may never run in another brand ever again. I would definitely suggest sizing up a half to a whole size if buying for a running shoe. Great tread for outdoors, so i can't wait to get them out on the trail. Wish i had bought the orange pair too!

I Love These Shoes!!
I've been using lone peaks for almost a decade, and these feel so much better for me. I am able to hop around on the trails so much more, and I'm already ordering another pair to add to the collection!

I like these shoes: design, color, and how comfortable my toes are, I bought them, but I had to return them as the heel support is too big. Please reduce the size of the heel support to around 2-3 mm. I want these shoes but can't wear them - it's too much pressing from the ankle support. I tried half-size bigger but they were too big and too wide for me. I am sad that I had to return them. :((

Honestly , Not What I Expected At All .
I was so disappointed as I looked forward to these for a while . The support in the heel is too much and your ankles don't feel supported especially on trails with uneven surfaces . I didn't feel locked to the ground while putting in a few trail miles to test them out . So back to the drawing board in a trail shoe for me .

Tight In The Heels- Terrible Customer Service
The fit of these shoes were not terrible. They had good support and quality. I did return because they felt a little tight in the heels. My main complaint is their terrible customer service. I returned these shoes over 4 weeks ago and have not received a refund. It's been two weeks since I emailed customer care about it with no response and there's never anyone available on the chat services. I don't even know why they have it. It feels like I'm communicating with a ghost town and I'd just like my money back for these rather expensive shoes.

Really Wanted To Love Them
I love the fact that these are off trail shoes and that's why I bought them. Was hoping they were somewhat similar and comfort to the women's forward, and the they do well on trails, the shape of these is just different enough to where they don't fit quite right. The toebox rubs even though I went up a half size larger than I normally wear. And I just feel like going up another half size would make the heel slip too much.

I love these shoes. They were comfortable for my Spartan Ultra. I bought the Experience Flow to train in and these were perfect to jump into without having to break them in. However, a few big disappointments is after one race of 31 miles and only having the shoes for less than 2 weeks I have already worn a hole in the back of the fabric and there wasn't enough rubber along the front to keep from getting cactus in my feet. The protection for the sides and the toes were a little disappointing for being a trail shoe. I would definitely in the future buy the stone guard inserts as you can feel the rocks significantly. Overall the rest of the shoe was comfortable and comparable to the regular running shoe I wear.

One Run And Not Holding Up
These were delivered today. Went for a trail run, not more than an hour, and in that time the foam on the lower sides is all nicked up. The foam is not sturdy. The color or the mauve is also very purple and top is pink. Not as expected.

Best Sneakers I've Ever Worn
From the moment I took my first steps in these shoes I was in love. They're super supportive and feel like they're hugging in all the right places. I didn't realize they were trail shoes when I bought them but quickly noticed the grip and now I'm even more glad I got them. I'm also in my purple era so I looove the colors!

Perfect For My Workday Breaks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like taking outdoor walks during my workbreaks so as someone who spends long hours in heels or ballet flats the Altra Women's Experience Wild shoes have been a lifesaver. They're incredibly comfortable with a roomy toe box that lets my toes spread naturally, which feels amazing after being in tight shoes. The cushioning is amazing and I felt like I was walking on clouds! There was a bit of an adjustment period, but now I can't imagine going back to less ergonomic walking shoes. If you're looking for a blend of comfort, support, and style I highly recommend giving these a try.

Nice To Have Good Walking Shoes
