Rated 2 out of 5 by from Should not be purchased for Compound Bow First time out, noticed things were quite tight. I had to get rid of the small chair, because I only have limited room to maneuver a bow, turning on a knee, unlike a gun.Bobcat walks right buy me, Tried to draw the bow, but I can not get enough room to draw without hitting the tent, and that material is noisy. I am only 5'6", on 1 knee, with my back to the back wall, and the bow is hitting the top and bottom of the front window.Raised the bow up to draw, no good either.Tent is good for gun, and really only one person. Buy a bigger tent for anything else. I wanted a small tent for a smaller profile, and planned on being on my knee, and it surely backfired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Blind I purchased this ground blind for my hunting lease and it works well. Plenty of options for the windows as you can use the small unzip able one or big windows and just drape camp mesh over them. The only problem I have seen at all it where the stitching is the rain comes in but has to be a hard rain. I fixed this with tent sealant. I would recommend it for someone who doesn't have permanent stands.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent I have had this blind for a couple of weeks. Overall for the sales price that I picked this up at I am ok with the blind. This is not a 2 person blind if you sit in a normal size chair. And if you sit in a normal size chair, the gun ports will be to low to use. And what i mean by a normal size chair is the portable canvas chair you would take to the ball park to watch your kid play ball. The windows on the blind is spacious and I was able to use them to shoot out of. The plastic zippers on the windows are noisy. The blind is not waterproof so watch out if you plan to be in the blind when it rains. So for the sales price that I spent I am ok with the blind.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent ground blind I bought this blind while it was on sale about a month ago. At the price I paid, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out. Overall, I like the blind. The size and dimension are good and it feels roomy inside. The only problem I have is the shoot through panels. They are far too small for identifying and targeting much of anything. The larger panels unzip to allow for better viewing, but they also allow you to be more exposed. Unless an animal is directly in front of one of these shoot through panels, you are very limited in your field of view.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great! Bought this at the last moment before a hunting trip that had rain in forecast. I already own a much larger hub blind but wanted a smaller, lighter one for a single day trip that already included lugging a backpack and a chair. This unit worked great. Set-up was easy, camo is Realtree (my favorite) and when it did rain that day, I had no leaks. Though not a huge benefit, I did like the 3D leaves they put on the edges to help it blend in a bit more. You can easily spot the intentional holes they have in the blind to allow air to escape when folding up but there were also many pinholes in the black that allowed slivers of light in but not enough to affect concealment. None of them allowed the rain to come in. The main windows are plenty large and were at a good level. I'm 6'2" and sitting in a fold up chair, I was able to see and shoot just fine. I didn't use the small porthole windows, other than to peek a few times. The shoot through mesh is held in place with velcro, which holds it nice and tight, but also makes an incredible amount of noise when removing. You need to determine if you want them on or off, and how much to unzip portal windows, at the beginning of your hunt. You can't do anything with it while an animal is approaching. Plan to stake it in place whenever in use, as simply unzipping door will lift it off the ground if it isn't. I didn't use the cords to hold it down on my short trip, just the corner stakes. Take down was surpirsigly easy after watching a Youtube video. All in all, it is a good product and decent price. If you want a Cadillac blind, get a top end hub style.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Blind,At A Great Price First of all,if you buy this blind, watch the Youtube video on how to set it up.The instructions that come with it,are not all that great.Second, buy a can of seam sealer,or silicione spray. It even says that,on the paper that comes with it.I say this, because the complaint that I saw multiple times in the reviews, were that there are pinholes in the seams.Ameristep must know about this, because why else would the directions inform you of it.After watching the Youtube video, setup was easy.I had it setup,& staked down,in less than 5 minutes. The stakes are on the small side,so I used 2 in each corner,it comes with 8.I will most likely get tent stakes,to replace them. The tie-down cords are thin,so you might want to get some clothesline,or something just as sturdy.Other than that,it is a great blind.I originally paid $70+tax,but because it was cheaper on the Dick's website, they price matched it.So before you buy it in-store,check their website first.I live in the Helderberg Mountains of Upstate New York,& it is always windy up here.I used mine on 12-3-16,& it stood up great to the wind,& a pop-up snow shower.I would highly recommend this blind to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dog house blind Bought this blind on sale in Sept '16. UPS delivered it with torn and taped box. It looked like I had been repacked. That should have been my first clue...BUT... I didn't open the box until I was ready to use it on a coyote hunt in Jan '17. {t only had one support pole for the roof and one pocket for the support poles was sewed in upside down. No way to put support pole in to hold up the roof. I set it up with only one roof support and that didn't work so well. It collapsed with a 2" snowfall that night. Needless to say, at this point, I no longer had the receipt. Luckily I found a decent manager that gave me store credit at the lowest sale price for the year. Will try another blind next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did the job flawlessly Took this blind to the Michigan’s Upper Peninsula where the weather is extremely unpredictable. Set it up the day before opening day for rifle season and it poured non stop throughout the night and into the afternoon. inside was bone dry the entire time. The next day, we woke up to around 3-4 inches of snow, still bone dry inside. Deer reaction: the first day I had the flap open too wide and a few does spooked within 2 minutes of being at the bait pile. Once I zipped it up to about a 4-6 in gap, they stuck around for a lot longer. Ended up taking a nice 6 pointer from the blind. This thing held up great to the wind, rain and snow. My only recommendation is to buy some longer/larger stakes to insert into the ground. The ones that come with are fine, but I was worried about the 30 mph wind at night time.
