I also love that it has a lock on it (something I didn't realize I needed!), this prevents accidental turn ons that could drain the battery before you are ready to use. The one downside I have found to this flashlight is that the operation is tricky. Instructions say click once for low light, twice for medium, and a third time for the brightest light. Also, to double press for moonlight mode. However, you never really know what each click will bring you.
