My Go To Mono For Leaders And Rig Building

Absolutely love Ande Monofilament. I use a ton of it in different tests for leader material and recently for building some custom pre-made Carolina and hi-lo rigs for Pompano and larger species such as striped bass in NJ. Don’t waste your money! Garbage. Line broke on first cast with a 2 ounce diamond jig. Then lost another! Doesn’t deserve a star.

Great For Tying Rigs

I use this brand mono for all my rigs from double drops, teaser, sabiki rigs...etc. It has decent abrasion resistance, invisible and has endured all my striper, blues fishing and even on double hookups held up well. I use 30# mostly but also use 20# or 40# for my rigging needs. Great value for the performance and amount of line you get.
