Good Quality - Small Fit

I live in MN and wanted a jacket I could wear out in the cold or indoors for the games. It took me forever to find one I actually liked that still looked cute. This is good quality and looks great however here is my problem with this: In US sizing I am most often a XL-1XL top. I had to buy a size 3XL for this to fit me!?? I thought it would be a little loose as a 3XL for wearing hoodies underneath but its still a snug-fitted fit and that's the largest size offered. I'm not sure who they're basing the sizing off of but you have to upsize at least 2 sizes. Maybe this is for Teens/Girls. Also, I'm almost 6'-0" tall. The sleeves are a little short for me and the overall length of the jacket could be a little longer for my preference. It still looks good enough that I'll keep. A little pricey but it's something you only have to buy once and have forever.
