We heated our pool so we can go in during the cold. they are easy to put on. the resistant gloves are awesome! i had a pretty great workout with the dumbbells' too. i didn't have a lot of backpain, wrist and knee pain. these are great for arthritis and carpal tunnel. Im thinking about getting them for my family with a pool.

Works Great!
