Fins Were A Problem - Too Short And Didn't Fit Size 13

I bought these to take to the Keys for snorkeling trip, however the fins didn't fit even though the large size said it would fit up to size 13. They didn't fit size 13 (too small). And the fins looked too short compared to other fins.
