The plastic snaps do not attach to the fasteners that go on the sides on the helmet to hold your face mask in place. It’s possible the plastic would loosen up over time, but I’m finding it virtually impossible to get them to connect and stay connected, even applying a ton of force. Not very useful if that’s why you’re buying this kit. I eventually used a knife to shave a few mm from the plastic buckle to make the hole wider and now I can at least get it on and off, but that’s not what I’d expect from a product.
