[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do a lot of international travel and really like that fact that this kit has several products to address and alleviate what inevitably happens when you travel. Most first aid kits are heavy on the major trauma events but not what the majority of us are likely to experience when we travel. When you need GI/nausea/dehydration relief, you REALLY NEED IT. That's the main reason I have been pleased with this kit so far. Other basic needs are there as well and the kit comes with additional "how-to" info. Great kit for the money!
