Dont Buy

It works about 75% of the time. Subscription plans is a total deal breaker. Shot Scope offers more accurate distance without an annual subscription

Terrible

The subscription is a waste of money. Prouduct misses many shots and the bugs will cause the app to crash during rounds of golf.

I bought this product and I didn’t know about the annual fee after. The first year. I would use other technologies/apps before using this product.

Really Good… When It Works

Arccos provides some amazing data, and 80% of the time it works flawless ans I don’t even have to think about it. The issue is, a few holes a round it just misses shots, and the app is very clunky and it’s extremely hard to Edit shots. The website is good but they kind of defeats the purpose. I’m theory I love the Arccos but I may return it because it’s just a hassle and you have to pay very close attention or you’ll miss shots and get incorrect data.

Nice Product But

I’ve enjoyed using this product to get yardages etc. but the customer service is awful. and don’t get tricked by the subscription. When I got the sensors it was advertised as 12.99 a month but they word it weird so it’s actually just a one time $155 fee.

Almost Great, But Not Worth It -- Terrible Service

Almost a great product -- consistently misses shots / puts depending on if you use the watch function or not -- So every round, I still take a score card and have to reconcile it against the app -- Really, That's not the deal breaker for me though -- it was the customer service. I tried Renewing my account out on the course and could not. It locked me out so I was not able to track a round for a tournament, it took customer service almost 2 weeks to unlock with more rounds going untracked, and then they offer literally zero service recovery for the inconvenience. Over that time I decided this was not worth my time and energy, theres a lot of other tools out there -- For being a service / subscription based company, their leadership should consider some type of service recovery as golf tools used out on the course are such a word of mouth type of referral source -- Unfortunately, I will not and would not recommend.

Arccos Is Incredible

The sensors have added so much important data to my game. I now review each round of golf and work on the areas that the data shows I have weaknesses. The sensors are easy to apply add no extra weight or interference with my swing. The Caddy feature is very helpful. It recommends the best play and reduces the desire to play risky.
