So Glad We Bought These!
I bought a pair for each of my boys for wrestling and they love them. They say the sides are soft and cushiony, and they provide great protection. My oldest son borrowed headgear from a friend while at practice recently and commented that the borrowed pair was hard and not very comfortable. He was very happy that we purchased this Asics pair!
