Beginning with Model Contend 8 you shortened the tongue so it doesn't protrude as far. As a result of this the strings easily get behind the tongue while tying them, this happens numerous times each week requiring me to dig the string back above the tongue. Quite irritable! The short tongue also makes it less convenient to pull the shoe on. Contend 7 was the last time you used a normal length tongue. Why would you make such a detrimental change to an almost perfect product. Thank you, Joe
