This shoe does not have good shock absorption and it is cheaply made. Its loose on my foot, not true to size. I've hardly worn the shoes and they look like I wore them a year already. Really disappointed with Asics nowadays. The only reason why I bought these shoes is because they turned the nimbus line WHICH WAS PERFECT THROUGH THE 24s into Hoka style shoes. Prior to that, I never had to question if I was going to like the Asics I bought. I really don't understand why they ruined the Nimbus line. We never asked for cheap crap as an "improvement". Now, I have went through the Nimbus 25s, these Gel-Excite 10s, and also the GT-2000 13, trying to find a shoe that is still good. Those all suck. 100's of wasted money. So I really don't know that I can continue with Asics. For so many years they were great for me but now, just seemed like they ruined the shoes. Very disappointed. Cheap crap. I might still try the Kayano line as a last chance effort to find a good Asics shoe but I'm really on the fence about it at this point after 3 different shoes all sucked. Sigh.
