Great For Training, Not Recommended For >5k Runs
I've had this shoe for about 4 months now, and have logged >150 km in it. Here's what I noticed: - It is lighter than I expected. For a Motion Control shoe, it is still very light. - It is super comfortable. It hugs the foot nicely, and feels great. And the cushioning absorbs the impact we'll enough to run both in cement or asphalt road. HOWEVER, - The cushioning may be a bit too thick. It makes it a bit hard to balance in one shoe with the thick and mushy sole. - For some reason, the sole warms up after ~1-2 km.It is really weird how much warmer it gets. It's fine in the winter, but can get uncomfortable during summer. - Finally, this is the worst: I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR RUNS LONGER THAN 5K. The reason is that, after ~3k, the cushioning gives in and I start to literally feel the torsion bar under my foot. It is really uncomfortable, like running with a stick inside the shoe! In summary, it is well cushioned and good for hard training in small distances, but NOT for longer runs.

Beware Of Kayano 32 Design Change
The Kayano has significantly changed its design and fit. I’ve worn this shoe for over 20 years. The redesign has changed the width and internal of the shoe. There are new heel strap and tongue strap that help adjust the runner to the shoe’s odd fit. Beware. Big regret.

Good Replacement For Quantum Gel 360
I'm flat-footed and needed a good replacement for Quantum Gel 360s. I do lots of outdoor walking for exercise along with indoor fitness (VR fitness like FitXR) with lots of rapid lateral movement. This shoe is well-adapted for both. The fit, stability, and comfort are excellent. The pronation is a good match to my very flat feet. Would buy again.
