Design Flaw
I've been wearing kayanos for years. Unfortunately this one has a design flaw. The tongue is attached on the inside of the shoe under the insole. When running the tongue pulls on the insole and causes rubbing. Unfortunately these shoes gave me blisters.

Very Comfortable Shoe, Concerned About Quality
These shoes are very comfortable! The reason for the 3 star review is due to the quality concerns I have of the shoe. Both pairs of Gel Kayano's I have owned have started to come apart on the back outside of the heel. The tread that is glued into the shoe is pulling off after only a week with this new pair, and the same thing happened on my last pair. The warranty was honored by Asics, and they replaced the shoe but the quality issue reared its head on the replacement pair I purchased.
