Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent running and training shoe Needed an all-around training shoe in preparation for a 200 mile relay race and daily HIIT and these shoes are definitely turning out to be an excellent choice. In the past I was usually a Nike or minimalist Vibram "toe shoe" runner, but after a few months using these shoes, I am now sticking with Asics all the way!!! Great arch support, good gripping sole, lightweight and definitely comfy!!! The pattern is a bit flashy for my taste (black and gray snake skin pattern) but hey I can adjust!!! Would definitely recommend for serious runners and even HIIT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way better than the Cumulus and Brooks Ghost I have been running/daily driving the Cumulus line for years as I have foot issues and they seemed to be the most comfortable at the time a long time ago. But, the last two version have become to narrow in the toe box. So, this time around I did some research and most people were saying the Brooks Ghost 10 was a fantastic shoe, so I bought them first. Wore the brooks for a couple days and they were terrible with the pronation, not neutral like they said. So, I returned the Brooks and bought these Nimbus 20 and that was the best decision I've made in years. I used to have to buy special insoles for plantar fascitis and a big toe issue, so comfort and cushion is huge to me. With the Nimbus 20, I haven't had to buy custom insoles yet and don't think I even will need to for the first time in years. I wear them every day as my daily shoes to work. I don't run in them yet, I graduate them to my running shoes after about 6 months of daily use once they start to smell. The toe box is large enough that my big toe isn't rubbing like they were on the Cumulus line, the sock liner has already held up better than the cumulus too. They are the best money I've spent on shoes, I'll gladly pay the high price for the next version too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not an upgrade to previous models Shoe still is comfortable but i noticed the insole is a lot thinner than previous models. Feels a little stiffer than other models. Still a good running sit shoe, not sure i would pay that much for it again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Equal to the Kayano Wore Kayanos for 20 years but decided to try the Nimbus in search of more cushioning. The Nimbus feel slightly different (less motion control) and slightly more pillowy. I don’t miss the Kayanos.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable Great shoes. Bought them before heading to Florida and walked 2 days at Disney all day and 2 at universal all day with no issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Little tight Runs a little too tight by the ball of my foot but not necessarily narrow more like not tall enough

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoe Bought about a month ago. I work at a shop with concrete floors. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet hurt all of the time. I use store bought inserts with this shoe and my feet feel great. I've had this model before and am not sure why I changed because I love them. I'm a nimbus guy forever as long as Asics doesn't change the fit of this shoe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was good but... Not sure if others have experienced it or not but my last couple of Asics purchases (Kayano 24, and Nimbus 20) were not very satisfactory... They were very comfortable as I would expect, and no issues there. BUT the durability of these have been sub par. I've barely used them, and after around 150 miles in 8 months (mostly running/walking, a combination of indoor/outdoor), and their soles were almost wiped out. (I track the miles based on any activity I do on Runtastic app, where I've added Nimbus 20 as my pair of shoes for each recorded activity. So I'm pretty sure the mileage on these shoes wasn't that much when it started showing signs of wear). I would expect an expensive pair as these to last at least 300-400 miles. And the Kayano series I had prior to 24s, did hold up very well (I've had Kayanos starting from 15 through 22s). So, that ruins my experience with these otherwise very comfortable shoes...
