Great Shoe But Fit May Differ Between Colors

This is a great shoe for those who have wide feet. It even fits my orthotic insert comfortably. Be warned though, the Black/Pure Silver color does not fit the same as the other ones. It fits pretty tight in the metatarsal area which was strange since I have two other pair, but lighter colors, and they fit just fine in this area.

Narrow Fit For Me

I’ve been an ASICS fan for decades. It’sthe only brand I buy. I always buy a size 14 and never have had a problem with fit. This model seems like a nice shoe. The problem is that they fit tight on my foot. The tight fit pushes my toe far into the toe box. I may be able to break them in but I’m disappointed that my go to size of 14 is no longer a reliable way to purchase. I just purchased another asics model in a size 14 extra wide. Instead of being able to order a size and knowing it will fit now I have to guess about sizing. It’s very disappointing my favorite brand has become difficult to size.

The Best Shoes Asics Makes.

I have been running in Asics for about 20 years and am convinced these are the best shoes Asics makes. I rean in Gel Kayano's for years and now they have changed them to the point I can't wear them. I tried the Gel-Pulse 15 on a whim, and they were great!!! The Gel-Pulse 16 is maybe better. Good cushioning, curved last, fits like a glove.
