Okay, Not Great
I have owned the Gel-Pulse 13 and 14 prior to this and I dislike these compared to those. First, they went back to the rounded ankle opening that I didn't like in the 13's, but now it is higher on the ankle on all sides, making it even more uncomfortable. This is bearable with thicker socks, but not great. Second, there is something off about the foot bed that I haven't quite figured out - either not enough arch support or it isn't in the right place. The liner is about 0.5 inches larger than the 14's, but the shoe is the same size...which makes me think maybe the ankle padding pushes my foot forward because they don't feel too long in the toe. I kept them for shorter walks, but I keep switching to a different pair of shoes for longer walks because sometimes these make my feet ache on longer walks with regular socks.

Design Problems
No they can’t work out. They felt okay when putting my feet in but when standing up I immediately felt something wrong woth the sole. I can’t stand or walk stably on the sole. They felt so strange. One previous review nailed it down: the tip of the shoes went down hill at the front so it gonna make big discomfort if you start walking with them. I felt lucky I noticed the problem and I returned them.
