Tennis Shoes

I bought this shoe actually for work. I stand and walk long hours. The shoe is very nice on my feet and ankles. Even my lower legs feel strong and steady throughout t he work day. At the end of my work shift, when I take my shoes off, my feet are stable and without pain. I really like them. My podiatrist recommended this brand. Great recommendation!

Beautiful Cushions For The Feet

I started running for the first time a few weeks ago, and these shoes have been great from day 1. If I put them on in the evening, they basically erase any aches accumulated throughout the day, and my feet have never hurt during or after a run. Their shape, with dramatically less padding at the toe, is probably useful for those looking for some extra oomph to their stride, although at my turtle-ish couch-to-5k pace, that matters less to me than how nicely they absorb impacts to the heel and center of the foot. If you tend to land on the front of your foot while running, I'd give these a pass, but otherwise they're a great shoe. Sizing notes: I found these to be true-to-size for the length, but if there are two sizes you tend to wear, go for the larger one. They fit very nicely on my narrow heels, and as such might pinch or irritate a wide heel.

Disappointed

I recently purchased these ASICS sneakers for walking and working everyday. I just wore them for three days in a row and I had to add an insole because they feel uncomfortable. I will not buy these gel sneakers again.
