Asics really messed up did Joe resolution x it's not even close to what it used to be I cannot play tennis news in almost twisted my ankle they're clunky heavy don't even feel like the version of what the name is supposed to mean for over a decade and a half when I bought these shoes religiously four pairs per year so probably 50 pairs since I found them. But I will never buy a pair of these again unless they go back to the whole model it's basically the joke of its show you might as well just call it that because that's what it is and say that the gel resolution was discontinued 😮💨😥😭

The GEL-RESOLUTION X is a really solid tennis shoe, great stability, excellent cushioning, and overall very comfortable on court. The build quality feels premium, and the support during quick lateral movements is noticeable. However, I think I should have gone with the wide version. After playing for a few hours, my feet started to hurt a little because the standard fit feels slightly tight for me. If you have wider feet, I’d definitely recommend choosing the wide option. Overall, still a great shoe just make sure you pick the right width.

Gel-resolution X
I do not dislike the Gel-Resolution X but I do not like it as well as the Gel-Resolution 9 and 8. The increase in toe box is and other changes add a little weight and are comfortable for light walking or exercise. However, I buy this brand and model for singles tennis and would not buy it again unless Asics goes back to something more like the Resolution 9.
