Great Xc Shoe, Could Be More Trail Stable.

Great overall cross-country shoes. I like the rubber outsole, and the comfortability on longer runs. One thing I wish it was better at was handling loose terrain like mulch or gravel. I find on hard turns or fast running in loose terrain the shoes likes to topple more than the Gel-Cumulus 26's did. Great for distance training very comfortable great for road, just lacks a little bit of trail stabllity.

Great Having A Fresh Pair

This is fifth or sixth pair of this model I have used so I knew they would fit and be good for running. I still had a few more weeks in my previous pair so these sat in the box for a while. They are out now and it’s so nice to be running in a new pair. My old ones get demoted to walking shoes until the soles wear thin.

The fit is good and the feel is as excellent as ever. However I do not care for the increased height of the heel which prevents me from slipping into the shoe without untying the laces as I could do before. The little loop at the end helps you accomplish this maneuver but at the cost of a little time.
