Very Happy With This Shoe
The fit was perfect, and it's a lot lighter than the GT-2000s I had run in for many years until 5 years of being injured half the time led my physical therapist to suggest that I switch things up considerably (including going to a lighter shoe ... as well as a lower drop). I ran in those shoes for the past 5 years until making the change to these shoes last month.

Gt2000 13 Review
GT2000 13 is fine but not great. Price was good but I prefer models GT2000 12 and GT2000 14. I kept one pair and sent a second pair back. Paid more and bought GT2000 14 instead. Dont know why they changed GT2000 12 as that was the one that got me buying this model and it was the best one.

Disappointing
Disappointing. I ordered these because they have the same model/item name as (GT-2000) as the pair I have been wearing happily for the past year or so. This pair is of lower quality. It is the first pair of Asics I have purchased that does not have a padded tongue. The laces and holes seem to be cheaper. I wonder what else I will find as I wear them.

Quality Has Gone Downhill
I have purchased the same shoe over and over for 30+ years. It has been awesome…until now. The quality has dropped significantly. The tongue, for example, is not a very thin piece of fabric versus a nicely padded one in the past. I won’t buy them again.
