Great For Road And Treadmill Running
As an older runner (over 60), cushioning becomes more important for hip, knee and ankle preservation. Novoblast (and its future iterations) does the best job. This is my second pair and my first lasted over a year (I run 2 miles, 3 x a week--on pavement or treadmill). Note: the lateral stability on these shoes are not that good due to cushioning, so do not recommend for tennis or activities that need short runs and hard stops. But for running (and walking) these cannot be beat.
