I just purchased my second pair of novablast shoes. These are by far the most comfortable running shoe! I am a "heel strike" runner. This foam sole provides the comfort I need when running; making my knees and feet hurt less. My only dislike is the color I purchased. The light pink is just too light; shows dirt and wear easily. I wish I would have gone with a darker color.
