They are fast, however its allot more stress on everything to run in them. They do exactly what they say. and you will not be able to help but run faster wearing them. If your not used to shoes that provide zero support it can increase recovery time in between runs. I realized that I could not run multipole days in these so they are used once a week to help increase all the weakness in my legs that my other shoes where hiding.
