Perfect For Flat Feet
These sneakers are fantastic. I have flat and slightly wide feet and I love the arch support and how comfortable they are to walk in. I purposely bought them for my trip in Japan, where I knew I would be doing ~20,000 steps a day and they have not let me down. Zero regrets. I do wish they offered more neutral colorways, but other than that I would highly recommend for those who with similar feet as mines.

Horrible Service
I normally purchase hokas/new balance and wanted to try a new shoe and I am beyond disappointed with this brand. After wearing the sneaker twice my feet were in incredible pain. I went to exchange the shoe to purchase my go to hoka sneaker and was told I cannot exchange the shoe. I did not even want my money back I simply wanted to purchase a shoe I knew I liked and would not hurt my feet and was basically told I have to deal with it by the worker at dicks. I am so unhappy with how this is being handled. I will never purchase from this store again and I always always shop here. I am so disgusted with how I was spoken to and treated all because a pair of shoes I tried hurt my feet.
