Wish they didn't cost a fortune, or I'd have them in several colors! I have rheumatoid arthritis, which has made my feet very painful. I can no longer run, but a good running shoe has been my go to since diagnosis nearly 8 years ago. Running shoes offer the most cushioning, and the Gel-Nimbus-27 does not disappoint. My feet are neutral and a bit narrow. I can comfortably wear a 7.5 medium width. My regular shoe size is 6.5 to 7. I can spend hours on my feet before I feel any discomfort. With a regular shoe, pain starts in 30-35 minutes at best. I would use these if I was still able to run. I recommend these for people with a neutral pronation who prefer a very cushioned shoe. That would include runners and anyone spending hours on their feet, such as health care professionals, teachers/professors.
