Wow ! Asic's Novablast 5 is a winner. I'm a senior short distance (5K - 10K) runner. This is a very comfortable running shoe. Light weight. Plush cushioning but still very responsive. ample tow room. For me they were true to size (size 10). I enjoyed running in these shoes and they will definitely be in my daily running rotation. I've all ready ordered a second pair.
