Runs Very Narrow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of these and they were generally comfortable, but just wearing them around the house for a few minutes it was clear that the narrow footbed would be a problem on longer hikes, so sadly having to return. I don't have particularly wide feet and usually do fine in regulars from other brands, these just run more narrow than most. They do also seem to run large- probably best to try in a store if you can.

Great Shoes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I received these the day before a trip. I did not want to take hiking boots with me. Fortunately, they fit perfectly for each of us. They were perfect out of the box. They were great on a five hour hike up steep cliffs and rock outcroppings. Hugged the ground. No blisters. No sore spots. Held our feet in place. I have a narrow heel but my heels never slipped. Did everything I could have hoped for. We were both really pleased with the fit and performance. We both love these shoes!

Adore These Shoes.

I had to get the 7's stretched out a bit, but then they fit perfectly (I'm normally a 6.5 but wanted room for socks). Haven't had a chance to test out the waterproofing, but I bought these for a trip to Belize in the rainy season, so I guess we'll see!

Best Casual Shoe Ever!
This is my second pair of this shoe. I wore the first pair nearly every day, year round for three years until the soles wore down. Fit perfectly from day 1 and I used them for hiking, ordinary wear around town, and even to a casual restaurant dinner. Got many compliments along the way. I am male, wear a men's size US 6/Euro 39 shoe, and have difficulty finding my size, and a women's size 7.5 works with this shoe. Asolo was a new brand name for me and I'm sold on their quality and fit. The waterproof feature is a bonus, especially in winter.
