Good Enough

I purchased these for my sons travel team. Over the years I see a lot of product’s being sold at tournaments and I thought let’s give this a try. At first glance/feel I was not impressed. I took them out before a game to get the boys ready and to my astonishment they did the job. The free bucket was definitely a plus. The competition makes the balls a little ticker but it’s not needed unless it’s really windy. We’ll see how long they last.

Not Enough Weight To Throw.

I had a few training balls from my neighbor and lived them. I was hesitant to drop 39.99 on 12 balls and I was right. After a few sessions of throwing realized they are just too light to be accurate enough. It’s easy to toss a wiffle ball. I would Recommend using a Heavier ball and skipping these.

Impact Whiffle Balls Are Just As Good

Whiffle balls are just as good and 1/2 the price. If you get the wiffleball’s that are designed not to travel long distance they do the exact same thing maybe even better.

we have used these balls quite a bit since receiving them. My son and I have used them daily in the yard and basement for hitting practice, and we have used them as a team multiple times for close range work. they even work well for wiffle ball game. the ball is easy to throw and throws very true.

They Do What They Do

I enjoy the LTD balls. They throw well with in 40 feet and do not sting when they hit you. They may fly a tad over 100 feet, but not much more. The only problem I have found is the inconsistency of thickness b/t the two halves of a few balls. You can feel a thinner wall on some of the balls and messes up the pitch as the ball will collapse under the pressure of the grip.
