Awful Product And Customer Support
Just purchased and took several hours to assemble only to find out the scoreboard does not work. I engaged customer support and was told to call the manufacturer, receive a 10% partial refund for the inconvenience or dissemble and return for a full refund. So, DICKS wants to support the manufacturer by selling their products, but they do not wany to support the customer who purchased the defective product. The consumer should not be the one responsbile for having to go out of their way to resolve issues on a product sold by DICKS.

Flimsy. Built Cheap. Don't Recommend.
Flimsy. All of a sudden stops working. Adapter plug, but no adapter and can't find one. Tried new batteries, unplugging and plugging the cables back in. Nothing.

Do Not Buy!!!
Do not buy this, find another one from a different store. I received this item and finally put it up for my kids took me 2 hours once I want to plug it up the back part of it or the port is and to put batteries in would not work it is salty I contacted customer service and they said I would have to take the whole thing apart and bring it in or mail it off myself do I paid $130 for faulty equipment I work two jobs and saved up enough to get this for my son for his birthday and this is what their customer service and return policy consist of so I highly advise if you don't want to take the chance of getting on that works and getting one that doesn't work you go with another company

Great Basement Toy
This is a great activity for cold winter days. The basketball hoops game has multiple modes for one or two players.

Bad Quality
My son really loved it, but when folding to put away, one of the legs bent in so it is now unstable. Would recommend just be careful when you store it.
