We've had our Aviron for 3 years and it's the most consistently used workout equipment we've ever owned. The best investment in our health that we could make. I'm a former college athlete heading into middle age, so I still love working hard and being competitive...but I also need to take it a little easier on my knees. With my Aviron rower, I still get to work as hard as I want, participate in competitions, and not worry about hurting because it's low-impact! The countless programs to choose from match whatever mood I'm in, so I'm never bored - which had been the bane of every machine we've had in the past. Rowing solo or with friends, competitive or casual, whatever intensity I choose, achievements and leaderboards, monthly challenges, streaming movies or listening to my playlists, structured programs that take the guesswork out of what to row next, instructor-led or not... The setup is amazingly and extensively diverse. All of these options come with the subscription, but one of the things that made me choose Aviron is the fact that, even without a subscription, you can STILL row metrics. The other smart rowers did not offer that. Theirs are no-subscription = no rowing. I could go on and on, but one more reason I'll give that makes me continually happy with my purchase is that Aviron asks for our feedback constantly, then several times a year, there are updates adding more programs and features based on our feedback! Unlike other companies, they don't just make a sale and forget us. In that same way, customer service is 100% vested in us having a great experience too. Like I said in the heading, ZERO regrets so far, and it just keeps getting better!
