I received this as a birthday gift in Dec 2024, and I should have taken it back that day. First use March 2025. The zipper sticks several times when trying to close, and sometimes when you unzip. Every time it sticks the little round lock part DIGS into my fingers. On a three-day trip I was dreading having to touch it. When you try and close the top does not line up with the bottom, when this happens it won't zip at all. You must lift it up and position again and again, and the zipper hurts fingers. It is too BIG for carry-on for the American Airline I fly. I think carry-on was a FALSE statement. I wish I had exchanged for a Tru-Frame carry-on by samsonite. Our others have worked great flight after flight, and your not at the mercy of gate staff when you board the aircraft. Shut up and check it.
