Monograms were to be the same on both- GJ. You used 3 letters AGH from my name Gallagher on blue luggage.

Price Gouged On Defective Luggage Replacement

I purchased a $200 carry‑on from Dick’s about a month ago. The first suitcase arrived with a broken interior zipper before its first use, so customer service sent a replacement. That replacement showed up in a damaged box, missing the dust bag, and with visible scuffs, scratches, and discoloration on the shell. When I contacted Dick’s again through online chat, I spent over an hour with the representative and still ended up with no real solution. Instead of simply providing a proper new replacement at the price I originally paid, I was told I would have to pay the current higher price for a second replacement. The rep even “joked” that they were happy to offer me the same discount their teammate used before, which only brought the cost back to what I had already paid, as if matching my original price were doing me a favor. Being asked to pay more after receiving both a defective and then a damaged suitcase and investing so much time in chat, feels unfair and does not reflect a company that truly stands behind its products or respects its customers.
