Great Personal Item

After using a backpack as a carry on for years I wanted to switch it up and start using a tote and I really liked using this bag! So far I have used it on United and Air Canada flights and it fit perfectly under the seat in front of me and I felt like it fit everything I needed. All of the inside zippers/pockets are also really helpful for keeping things organized.

Why I Was Not Totally Happy With The Everywhere Ba

I love my away suitcase but not the everywhere bag as much for two reasons: it is difficult to place on the suitcase handle (although with use , it has improved) and the other side is too floppy.

Great Utilitarian Bag

I had two worries with this: (1) whether my laptop (14” MacBook w/cover) would fit; and (2) whether it would fit under the airplane seat as a personal item (packed completely full). Both were no problem! It’s not exactly gorgeous, but it’s sleek and understated, which is totally fine. It balances perfectly atop my Away suitcase (and also works ok on top of my Birdy).

Love This Bag For Travel

This bag is perfect. It is roomy enough for my laptop and a bunch of other stuff, and stands alone well with a flat bottom. Love it.

Lots Of Great Features

Love the size. The zippered inside pocket is perfect for securing passport, IDs, passes, etc. The other pockets keep you from having to dig around the bottom for smaller needs. Try to resist the temptation to overpack it, it can get heavy. I’m not a big fan of using the shoulder strap. The outside pocket could be a bit wider. My only suggestion to Away would be to lengthen the zipper pull tabs on the main compartment to accommodate a little open ring for a small TSA lock. (Would then feel more comfortable placing it the overhead bin when flying.)
