Great Rucksack But Zip Tag Fell Off First Day!

I purchased this rucksack specifically for my trip to Australia so was really disappointed when on the plane to Singapore the main zip to the laptop compartment fell off!. This has meant I have had the inconvenience of having to open this part of the bag the whole holiday (I’m still away) with my nail! Other than this the bag is excellent but this is not the quality I expect from AWAY.

Love It!

This bag opens like a clam shell which makes packing and access simple. Lots of pockets and felt comfortable to wear. More sturdy that sports backpacks.

Great For Work

Did an extensive research for a new work backpack that won’t break the bank and this was my final choice. I’ve been loving the comfort and practicality.

Why Didn't I Do This Sooner?
