Not As Pictured
When I received this product, I was surprised to find it doesn't actually have the graphic design with the A you see in the photos. I normally don't want branding that large but this product just looks boring without it since there is no other design element, like the horizontal lines in their wheeled luggage. Additionally, this bags lacks any structure so it is pretty flimsy. I returned it and replaced it with a similar product from another company.

Good Backpack - Tries To Do Too Much And Okay Quality
I really want to love this backpack. Good pockets, big with ability to adjust. However, no roller luggage strap (or must be used upside down with straps unhooked?). Zipper grip broke on first trip.

The plastic part which holds the backpack strap broke one my first use during a trip to Japan. It isn't strong enough if you fill the bag. I wanted a different bag to replace it, but company would only send me same product. Disappointed!
