Buy At Your Own Risk

I would not recommend buying this product. I spent weeks looking for the right bag to fit my needs. While at first glance I thought this was it, I was mistaken. Within just a few uses the mesh netting for the water bottle holder got a small tear. I reached out for support from Away, and was met with a firm "Not our problem." The stated that this was NOT covered under their warranty policy because it was "cosmetic" and not "functional." If you want a bag that holds your water bottle, this bag won't do that. The fact that this happened within just a few uses of a normal sized water bottle means this bag won't fit your needs. Worse than that, however, is the lack of care Away provided. If you buy this bag and anything happens, Away will tell you that you are SOL. Buy at your own risk. For a price tag this high, there must certainly be better options.

Fit For Purpose

Good quality bag, well designed with quality material. Happy with the way it converts from backpack to shoulder bag. Only thing missing is a shoulder sleeve for the shoulder strap as it can be a bit uncomfortable if bag is loaded. I like the fact its general design and looks make it usable in any situation (leisure or work).
