Poor Tag Quality
One use & away tag came off leaving a nice hole on the front of the suitcase. Loved the bag, was super excited about it - has some quality issues to over come.

Great Packing Options
This luggage is great. I have the hard side but feel I have better packing options with this bag. It holds a bit more than the hard side bag for me. I also love the color as it's easy to spot and not get mixed up with anyone else's luggage. The extention was great for my Paris trip as I came back with a few extra items. I will be purchasing another couple for the family. I bought the cover which was great when it was checked. Came out like new!

Exactly What I Wanted In A Soft Side Carry On
Well crafted bag. Much more sturdy than I thought it would be coming from other soft sides bags. It honestly feels closer to the rigidity of a hard side away than a soft side of a other brand which I really like! Main zipper is a little stiff to open the last few inches, but just swinging the pocket open it unzips itself which is fine. It is heavier than other soft side bags, but that bodes well for even rolling when loaded which was my biggest problem with other bags wanting to fall over or roll poorly. Would buy again (but hopefully never have to)

Really Nice But I Liked The Older Split In The Middle Style
This bag is to replace a bag that was under warranty that had the old design where the zipper was in the middle of the bag. I really like that style and would've preferred to keep it but this one is nice.
