Depends On How You Travel

Overall it's a nice suitcase. It fits perfectly on all major airlines but you definitely feel the cram for space. The pockets are practically unusable because there's simply not enough room. It also has this odd pull to the right which drives me crazy while walking through the airport.

Excellent Product, But The Handles Are Very Tight

The wheels roll beautifully, and the bag is actually a lot roomier than you'd expect. Very cute. Just used it on an international trip and had no issue. HOWEVER, the top and side handles are very tight. Like, barely any room to slip your hand underneath to grab your bag. The same is true for the laptop pocket on the front of the carry-on. Your laptop slips in, but it is really really hard to get out. I'm not sure why the bag has been constructed this way. I'm hoping the fabric loosens up over time making both the handles and laptop pocket easier to use.

Disappointing

I bought one of these softside carry on before and loved it. This one is noticeably cheaper, poorer design and significantly more expensive. It is a fine carry on but not for the price.

This is my second softside carry on purchase. First one was a gift for my husband. Loved his so much, I needed my own. Well designed and fits enough clothes etc for long weekends. Wish this came in more colors like a dark green
