Poor Quality
The lock that came with the suitcase is worthless. After many failed attempts to get it to work, I decided it would pose a real problem if I couldn't open it at my destination. The zippers are hard to use. I have arthritic hands, so they pose a real problem. I notice you offer suggestions for difficult zippers. They should come without problems.

Best Suitcases Ever
I ordered the suitcase for my husband's birthday on 2/4/26. He finds it too heavy. Could you please send me a RETURN LABEL. Thanks in advance. Perfect Larger Piece Of Luggage!
I was looking for a soft side piece of luggage big enough for a 10 day trip. It had to be light and well made. I also was thinking about a color other than black. This fit all my criteria and more! The structure, color and size are absolutely perfect! This is my second piece of luggage from Away.
