The bag itself it well constructed and roomy for packing. Only downside is the lock which came with the bag, it does not seem to work as instructed. Not sure how or where we can get another.

Disappointed
I have had a medium soft size for years and have loved it. Unfortunately, the zipper is broken. Away was happy to replace it, so I was thrilled until I received the replacement. It is not the two sided Away standard suitcase. It has one large opening and a paddle lock. I'm happy to have a functional suitcase case but will REALLY miss my two sided model.
