Fabulous Suitcase
This suitcase is perfect in every way. I like that is NOT clamshell so it doesnt take up so much room in a hotel room. The inserts are so user friendly, The soft side is thick and protective and doesn't seem to get as damaged and scuffed as the hard shell in my opinion. The compression layer is effective. Air Canada damaged my bag and AWAY was amazing in its replacement help. I have recommended to family members who have since purchased the same bag and they also have NO regrets!

At This Price The Key To The Locks Are Missing

Disappointing Outside Pocket
The top priority for purchasing the soft side was the outside pocket. However, it is not very deep and quite tight. Returned the suitcase.

Good Investment
I have an upcoming trip and need a smaller suitcase due to luggage restrictions so I thought I’d try a soft side for a change. I’ve been using a large hard side since 2019, and it still looks as good as the day I bought it.. it’s been a sound investment. I’m confident that this one will be just as good.
